These terms apply to your use of MyFKT ("the service"), a tool for planning, tracking, and coordinating Fastest Known Time (FKT) attempts. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Public tracking pages are available to anyone. Some features require an account and are intended for athletes, crew, and pacers. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or with other people's use of it.
You are responsible for any content you submit, such as attempts, routes, chat messages, check-ins, and offers to help. You agree not to post anything unlawful, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend access if these terms are not followed.
Tracking, position estimates, times, and weather shown in the service are provided for information and coordination only. They may be delayed, estimated, or incorrect, and should not be relied on for safety-critical or emergency decisions. Always use your own judgement in the field.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or remove features at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or from reliance on any information shown in it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
The service uses third-party providers, including Google for sign-in and Supabase for hosting and data storage. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
